Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in processing payroll for 200+ employees using the new ADP software (version 11).
- Assist in screening, interviewing, selecting, hiring and on-boarding.
- Assist with HR related correspondence such as, government letters, unemployment cases, etc.
- Run or prepare various HR reports when needed.
- Work closely with managers to ensure accuracy of payroll and handle any other employee related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information.
- Other duties instructed by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of ADP experience.
- 1-2 years of Human Resource experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Highly driven, detail oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- An Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Benefits and worker's compensation experience is a plus.
Schedule: Monday – Friday - 9:00am-6:00pm
Salary is based on Experience
