Join our amazing Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator where you will have the responsibility of ensuring our newly hired employees are ready to begin their career at the Hospital.
You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Recruiters and departments across a variety of disciplines throughout the hospital to create a unique experience for our future Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and more. You will utilize your HR expertise to guide them through the process with an emphasis on quality and customer service. You will be responsible for obtaining employee background checks, license validations, employment and education verifications, professional references and more, ensuring compliance with all hospital, Joint Commission, Federal, State and regulatory guidelines. You will have the opportunity to utilize iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and Workday HRMS to maintain tracking of credentials and accurate new hire documentation. Additionally, you will have the ability to contribute to ad hoc projects and participate in departmental meetings and events regarding recruitment efforts.
Preferred Criteria
- Previous human resources experience with a focus on recruitment, or strong Interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Strong Customer Service skills
