Pay: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities: 

This is an entry level position providing administrative support in the Human Resources Department and performing recruitment duties. You will be assisting with a variety of clerical duties, data entry, recruiting, and various ad hoc tasks as required. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play an integral role in assisting with various Human Resources related recruitment initiatives that contribute to the success of the department.

Requirements:

• Prefer at least one year of Human Resource experience.
• Office/Administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Professional demeanor in interacting with staff at ALL levels
• Ability to Multi-task, handle detail oriented work, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with benefits, FMLA, NYPFL, Workers Compensation, Disability Administration is preferred.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in all matters.
• Individual must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, team focused work environment.
• High School diploma is required, Associates/Bachelors degree is preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).

Experience:

• Administrative Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Human Resources: 1 year (Required)
